One wine tasting focussed on Roter Veltliner: Klassik 2022, Ried Hochstrass 2022, Alte Reben 2021 and Privat 2017.
The younger wines showed typical savouriness, while older vintages offered a fine mellowness. The "Roter Veltliner Alte Reben 2021" went perfectly with porcini mushroom ravioli.
