A surprise wine in opaque glasses opened the evening. The tasting included an unusual sparkling wine made from Sauvignon Blanc as well as white wines (Riesling, Torrontes, Chardonnay) and red wines (Pinot Noir, German Cuvée, Bordeaux Blend, Syrah).
One participant summarised: "I will never drink wine the same way again".
